Price negotiation
I handle both the price negotiation and the communication with the seller’s real estate agent, ensuring that you achieve the best possible price and the most favourable terms.
My fee is 10% (incl. VAT) of the price reduction I obtain compared to the asking price.

Price negotiation
I handle both the price negotiation and the communication with the seller’s real estate agent, ensuring that you achieve the best possible price and the most favourable terms.
My fee is 10% (incl. VAT) of the price reduction I obtain compared to the asking price.

If, following my review of the transaction, you choose to cancel the purchase, or if the transaction is cancelled after I have submitted my approval letter (including my contractual reservations) to the real estate agent, bank, or other relevant parties, a fee of DKK 4,000 incl. VAT will be charged.

Review of the purchase agreement
I review the purchase agreement thoroughly and explain what each term means in practice – so you know exactly what you are signing and avoid unpleasant surprises.
Review of all documents
I review all relevant documents related to the transaction – including the building inspection report, electrical inspection report, easements, homeowners’ association documents, and more – and advise you on the matters you should pay particular attention to.
Preparation of approval letter (including contractual reservations)
I prepare a legally sound approval letter including the necessary contractual reservations, ensuring that you are properly protected in the transaction and able to make your final decision on a secure and informed basis.
Communication with the real estate agent
I handle the communication with the real estate agent on your behalf and ensure that all matters are clarified correctly and in a timely manner – so you avoid misunderstandings and stand in a strong position throughout the process.
Communication with the buyer’s and seller’s banks
I coordinate the communication with both your bank and the seller’s bank and ensure that all financial and legal matters are properly arranged as part of the transaction.
Preparation and registration of the deed
I prepare the deed and ensure its proper registration with the Land Registry, so that the transfer of ownership is recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
Preparation of the completion statement
I prepare the completion statement, ensuring that the allocation of expenses and income between you and the seller is calculated correctly and fairly as of the completion date.
